How the MILNAX partner platform works
Follow the journey from signing up as a new joiner to running live jobs — then explore a sample of the back office you get on day one. Everything you see here is example data.
The joining process
1. Create your account
A new joiner signs up with their name, work email and market (UK or Ghana) on the partner page.
2. Register your business
Add your trading name, coverage area and whether you want to run as a MILNAX franchise or under your own brand.
3. Head office approval
MILNAX reviews the application. On approval your isolated workspace goes live and you become its owner.
4. Onboarding wizard
Set your branding, services and prices, locations and operating countries in a five-step guided setup.
5. Invite your team
Add admins, staff, cleaners and contractors. Each role only sees the parts of the back office they need.
6. Take jobs and get paid
Bookings land in your board, you assign cleaners, they check in on site, and invoices follow automatically.
Approval and onboarding, end to end
Step through what a joiner sees, what head office does, and which emails go out at each stage.
What the joiner sees
Your journey tracker on the partner page shows “HQ approval — you are here”, with a live status of Pending.

Your data stays yours
Every workspace is isolated at database level. Bookings, cleaners, properties, invoices, sites, services and team members are permanently filtered to your company, and partners can never read or edit another partner's records — including by trying to move a job between companies.
