Access

Tell us how the cleaner should access your property when booking — key safe, concierge, meeting on site or another arrangement. Access notes are shown to your allocated cleaner only.

Cleaning products

Standard cleaning products and equipment arrangements are confirmed at booking. If you would like your own products used, add it to the special instructions.

Cleaners progress through identity checks, references, right-to-work checks where applicable, background checks and training before approval. Requirements differ by country.

Commercial contracts

Business cleaning is quoted following an enquiry and, where needed, a site assessment. We then issue a proposal and agree a service schedule.

Short-let turnarounds include cleaning, linen change, bed preparation, guest-ready inspection, optional restocking and photo confirmation.
